This is a "must have" repair kit to have on-site for each installation. The quick acting epoxy in a dual tube (epoxy and catalyst) is
applied with the aid of the manually operated epoxy gun. The proper mix ratio is assured as the epoxy and catalyst are blended by the
long plastic mixing nozzle on its way to the worksurface. This basic kit consists of (1) epoxy gun, (4) plastic mixing nozzles, and (2) 6
oz. cartridges of quick-acting epoxy, (4) 12mm x 140 mm long threaded rods, (4) 12mm hex nuts, and (4) 3 mm thick flat washers.
Few things are as frustrating as finding shallow rebar when attempting to finish anchoring a rack or enclosure. This kit supplies the
needed items to repair shallow rebar holes rather than relocate the rack or enclosure. Anchor hole repairs are made by cutting the
12mm rods to suit the shallow depth of the hole and then securing them in the hole with epoxy. The 12 mm hex nut and flat washer
can then be affixed to the 12 mm rod to complete the repair and the installation.
